Terms of Service
All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to reservation time. Failure to do so will result in a charge for one time use or will result in a deduction of hours included in a 6-month agreement.
I. Fees
a. All facilities are rented at the costs agreed upon by both parties.
b. Room rental/use fees are based on hourly fees, minimum two hours and accrued in one-hour increments thereafter. Room rental will not be reduced by unused time.
c. Payment terms for one time use are same day or before, cash only or for 6-month agreements at first use and monthly thereafter. Payments for 6-month agreements more than 5 days late require a $20 late fee.
II. Room Set-up
a. All rooms will be set up as requested by the Renter and will be arranged by the Facility unless otherwise specified.
III. Restrictions
a. Renter agrees rooms shall not be used for any unlawful purpose.
b. Renter functions shall not interfere with normal business functions or with normal public access to the business, for example excessive noise or blocking driveway. Any such interference may result in cancellation of agreement.
c. Renter must require all participants observe these guidelines and all applicable fire, occupancy and building codes.
d. Additional use beyond the scheduled time may be restricted.
IV. Cancellations
a. Should cancellation be necessary, at least 24 hours notice is required.
b. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge for one time use or will result in a deduction of hours included in a 6-month agreement.
V. Maintenance and Damage
a. Spills or other accidents are to be reported to Facility staff immediately.
b. In order to preserve the building, please do not use tape, glue, tacks, nails or staples on walls or other surface areas and do not allow any smoking in the building at any time.
c. Renter is responsible for damage caused by Renter and participants or occurring as direct result of the event and objects or equipment brought by the Renter.
d. Renters are allowed to bring in their own food and beverages or use a caterer of their choice, but are asked to dispose of waste properly.
VI. Liability
a. The Facility will do whatever is possible to protect property belonging to participants; however, it cannot be liable for loss, theft, or damage of property belonging to the participants. Independent renters insurance is recommended.
b. The Facility is not responsible for delays, postponements, failure of presentation technology or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances and in no way liable for any loss of use or lost profits, consequential of any other damages. In no event shall any liability exceed the amount of the room rental fee.
